  • 400 gr spaghetti
  • 3 heads of garlic
  • 3 soup spoons of olive oil
  • 2 soup spoons of feta cheese
  • 1 soup spoons of spices (oregano and basilic)
  1. Mix the garlic with the spices at high temperature.  In the same time, cook the spaghetti.

  2. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and put them on a frying pan that contains the garlic with the spices.

  3. Leave the mixture on fire for some minutes, and try to move it with a spoon, in order to make a good mix of the spaghetti. Put some pepper on.

  4. Add the feta cheese and mix again.

  5. Serve.
